At Maddy Custom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke fashion pieces. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all custom tags attached to ensure your return is accepted.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your custom garment, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
